About
The businesses that need structure most are usually too busy running to build it
Alex Baquero
Founder
Baquero Advisory started with a pattern Alex Baquero kept seeing: the businesses that most needed structure were always too busy running to stop and build it.
The work is hands-on and embedded. It means sitting in the actual meetings, learning how a business really runs day to day, not how an org chart says it does, and building the systems that fit the people already there.
The Belief
Structure isn't the opposite of energy, it's what lets energy compound
Consistency is what lets a business grow. Not the same size forever, the same standard, at any size. What took years to build through instinct and hustle can be turned into structure: something the business owns and repeats, on purpose, instead of hoping to recreate it by accident every time.
Structure isn't the opposite of the energy and relationships that built the business. It's what lets that energy compound instead of running out.
It's also not extra effort layered on top of everything else. It's the effort already being spent, captured once so it doesn't have to be spent again every single time.
Why This, and Not Something Else
Advice is easy, adoption is the work
Most advisory work stops at a recommendation. This one stays until the recommendation becomes how the business actually runs, documented, owned by the team, and no longer dependent on an outside advisor to hold it up.
We work with whatever a business already has in place. If there's an existing framework, we build on it. If there isn't, we help create one that actually fits how the business operates, not the other way around.
